🌿 The Quiet Strength of Staying

By Cathie Ostapchuk

Galatians 6:9 — “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

I’ve stood in moments, convinced I was ready to walk away.
Quit.
Because it was too hard. Too long. Too complicated.
And at times, it seemed I was leading in small spaces.
I wasn’t sure if my voice was being heard.

Leadership isn’t always loud.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is stay.

Stay faithful.
Stay present.
Stay rooted in a calling even when the fruit is unseen.

✨ God sees the quiet strength of your staying.
The prayers you’ve whispered.
The seeds you’ve sown.
The yes you’ve given in hidden places.

You don’t have to manufacture results.
You’re called to sow in faith.

💬 Maybe you’re holding vision in one hand, and weariness in the other.
Maybe you’re leading with courage, and still feeling overlooked.
You’re not alone.

In the “not yet” of the harvest,
God is shaping something deeper in you.
Not just drive — but depth.
Not just outcomes — but obedience.

🙏 Keep going.
Keep sowing.
Keep trusting.

Leadership is not about platform.
It’s about posture.

✨ Stay when it would be easier to walk away.
Love when it costs something.
Serve without needing the spotlight.

That’s leading well.
